Internship opportunity

About CoLang

The Institute on Collaborative Language Research, known as CoLang, is a biennial gathering for people to learn about language documentation, descriptive linguistics, and language revitalization. The Institute emphasizes community-based approaches to language revitalization and collaboration at all stages of this work — from designing documentation or teaching projects to activism or archiving materials for future use. CoLang aims to blur the lines between community and academia, learners and facilitators, and among areas of specialty. CoLang welcomes all people interested in community-based, collaborative language work.

The Committee is responsible to the CoLang Advisory Council via the Colang Advisory Council’s Web Representative, and works closely with the Local Organizing Committee.
